病理学课程思政的教学实施与效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的:结合病理学课程特点和现代医学教育的发展,探索思政元素的设计和课程思政的实现效果。方法:通过修订教学大纲、构建思政案例、改进教学方法、建设师资队伍、完善教学评价体系等几个方面完成病理学教学中课程思政体系的构建。选取学校2019级临床医学专业1班为对照组,2班为试验组;对照组采用病理学的传统教学方法,试验组将思政教育融合于对照组教学方法中,期末以综合测试和问卷调查方式进行教学满意度与教学效果评价。结果:试验组教学满意度和考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),调查结果显示,试验组教学方法有益于营造学习氛围、提高学生积极性、提高学生解决问题能力、提升职业素养和激发爱国热情。结论:通过对病理学课程思政体系的不断探索和调整教育策略,使病理学教学质量得以整体提高,最终目标是培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才。 The purpose is combining the characteristics of the course"Pathology"and the development of modern medical education,to explore the design of ideological and political elements and the realization effect of ideological and political courses.Methodsare through revising the syllabus,constructing ideological and political cases,improving teaching methods,building faculty,and perfecting the teaching evaluation system,the construction of the curriculum ideological and political system in pathology teaching was completed.We select our college's 2019 clinical medicine major class 1 as the control group and class 2 as the experimental group;the control group adopts the traditional teaching method of pathology,and the experimental group integrates ideological and political education into the teaching method of the control group.Comprehensive tests and questionnaires are used at the end of the term.The survey method is used to evaluate teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.Results are that the teaching satisfaction and test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The survey results showed that the experimental group's teaching methods are beneficial to create a learning atmosphere,improve students'enthusiasm,improve students'problem-solving ability,improve professionalism,and stimulate patriotic enthusiasm.Conclusion is that through continuous exploration of the ideological and political system of pathology courses and adjustment of educational strategies,the quality of pathology teaching can be improved as a whole.The ultimate goal is to cultivate high-quality medical talents with both ability and political integrity.
