摘要 防范移动互联网恶意程序,传统查杀工具发挥了较好作用,然而要最大限度减轻损失,需要在网络和移动终端遭受安全攻击时,提供主动的安全防护响应。面对这一安全防护需求,文章从基础电信运营商的视角,研究分析运营商通过发挥在基础网络方面的技术条件优势和业务监管及运营优势,面向移动互联网恶意程序可以提供的主动安全防护措施,为基础电信运营商在当前网络发展形势下在移动互联网建设、运行和服务中进行安全防护措施建设,提供有益的参考和建议。 Traditional virus detection and killing tools have played a great role in preventing mobile Internet malicious programs.However, in order to minimize the loss, it is necessary to provide active security protection response when the network and mobile terminal are subjected to security attacks. Facing this security protection demand, from the perspective of basic telecom operators, this paper studies and analyzes the active security protection measures that operators can provide for mobile Internet malicious programs by giving full play to its technical conditions and business supervision and operation advantages in basic networks. It provides useful references and suggestions for basic telecom operators to build security protection measures in the construction, operation and service of mobile Internet under the current network development situation.
