摘要
以水肥一体机智能控制系统为研究对象,对作物生长过程中所需的水分及肥料进行分析,利用工控机作为上位机、STM32控制板作为下位机,搭建水肥一体机智能控制系统。系统可根据作物生长状态、灌溉面积及环境参数,结合作物生长需求进行灌溉量和肥量的分析计算,并根据肥料溶解特性进行灌溉施肥时间的分配转换,在STM32控制板的输出指令下进行相应的排肥灌溉作业。试验结果表明:系统能够较好地进行灌溉施肥过程的动态响应调节,并有效降低系统的延迟时间。
In this paper,the intelligent control system of integrated water and fertilizer machine is the research object.By analyzing the water and fertilizer demand in the process of crop growth,an intelligent control system of integrated water and fertilizer machine is built by using industrial computer as the upper computer and STM32 control board as the lower computer.The system can determine the irrigation amount and fertilizer amount according to the crop growth state,irrigation area and environmental parameters,combined with the crop growth demand,and carry out the distribution and transformation of irrigation and fertilizer application time according to the fertilizer dissolution characteristics,and finally carry out the corresponding fertilizer discharge and irrigation operation under the output command of STM32 control board.Through the test,the results show that the system can better regulate the dynamic fertilization process,and effectively reduce the delay time of the system.
