摘要
为了在南方潮湿气候条件下掌握刮板式排肥装置的排肥规律、满足橡胶施肥的农艺要求、减少肥料的浪费及所造成的污染,在确定了刮板开度、刮板宽度、圆盘转速3个因素后,通过Box Behnken中心组合实验方法进行了实验。实验结果表明:3个因素对排肥量的影响交互作用较小,几乎成线性关系;得到了3个因素对排肥量影响的二次回归方程,确定了对排肥量影响较大的因素调控区间,初步掌握了刮板式排肥装置的排肥规律,为后续的刮板式施肥机定量排肥研究提供了理论基础。
In order to master the principle of scraping plate fertilizer discharging in humid climate of south China,meet the agronomic requirements of rubber fertilizer application,reduce the waste of fertilizer and the pollution caused.After determining the three factors of scraper opening,scraper width and disk rotation speed,the experiment was carried out by Box Behnken central combination experiment method.The experimental results showed that the three factors had little interaction with each other,and the relationship was almost linear.The quadratic regression equation of the influence of three factors on the fertilizer discharge was obtained,and the control interval of the factors that had a great influence on the fertilizer discharge was determined,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent quantitative fertilizer discharge research of the scraper type fertilizer application machine.
