废油漆桶无氧裂解工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 废油漆桶的处理问题一直备受关注,目前常用的处置方法存在极大的环境风险,同时残留的油漆包含大量有机物,具有较高的回收利用价值。无氧裂解通过将有机废弃物转化成油、气、碳等,整个转化过程不会产生新的二次污染,具有较好的应用前景。对废油漆桶无氧裂解资源化过程进行探讨,研究反应温度及时间对油漆无氧裂解的影响,同时对反应产物进行分析。研究表明,在裂解温度为500~600℃,反应时间为20min时达到最佳裂解效果,裂解成分为CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)等高热值气体、残渣、焦油以及水分。 The disposal of waste paint buckets has been attracting much attention.The current commonly used disposal methods have great environmental risks.At the same time,the residual paint contains a large amount of organic matter,which has a high recycling value.Anaerobic decomposition can transform organic waste into oil,gas,carbon and so on,and the whole process will not produce new secondary pollution,so it has a good application prospect.In this paper,the anaerobic decomposition process of waste paint bucket was discussed,the effects of reaction temperature and time on the anaerobic decomposition of paint were studied,and the reaction products were analyzed at the same time.The research shows that the best cracking effect can be achieved when the cracking temperature is 500-600℃and the reaction time is 20 min.The cracking components are CH_(4),CO,H_(2) and other gases with high calorific value,residue,tar and water.
