后奥运备战视角下韩国竞技体育发展特征及对我国的启示--基于SPLISS模式的探究

The Development Characteristics of South Korean Competitive Sports From the Perspective of Post-Olympic Games Preparation And Its Enlightenment to China--Based on SPLISS Patterns

目的:为我国竞技体育发展提供一定借鉴与参考。方法:运用文献资料与内容分析相结合的研究方法,以De Bosscher等提出的“国际竞技运动成功关键政策因子”(SPLISS)模式作为分析工具,对韩国竞技体育发展策略进行探讨,深入探讨韩国竞技运动的成功因素。结论:韩国竞技体育发展策略,已全面涵盖了SPLISS模式下9个成功关键因子,表现有以下特征:1)经费支持偏重企业与基金的融合;2)政策整合方面透过行政组织集中化推进;3)运动基础和参与上侧重于教育与社区推动;4)人才选拔注重学校人才挖掘与军方补充相结合;5)运动员生涯与退役支援上偏重“内在”驱动;6)场地设施凸显海内外场所的升级;7)教练员培养上以薪酬变革与等级考核相推动;8)赛事方面以积极申办国际赛事为重点;9)科研支持上呈现为“官弱民强”。结合我国竞技体育的发展现状,借鉴韩国竞技体育的发展经验,笔者有针对性地提出了相应的发展策略。

Purpose:To provide a certain reference and reference for the development of competitive sports in my country.Method:Using the research method combining literature data and content analysis,using the"Key Policy Factors for Successful International Sports"(SPLISS)model proposed by De Bosscher et al.as an analysis tool to discuss the development strategy of Korean competitive sports and in-depth discussion of Korean sports The success factor of sports.Conclusion:The development strategy of Korean competitive sports has comprehensively covered the 9 key success factors under the SPLISS model.The performance has the following characteristics:1)Financial support focuses on the integration of enterprises and funds;2)Policy integration is centralized through administrative organizations;3)Focus on education and community promotion in sports foundation and participation;4)Talent selection focuses on the combination of school talent mining and military supplement;5)Focus on"internal"drive in athletes'career and retirement support;6)The venues and facilities highlight the upgrading of domestic and overseas venues;7)The training of coaches is promoted by salary changes and grade assessment;8)The focus of competitions is to actively bid for international competitions;9)Scientific research support appears to be"weak officials People are strong".Combining with the development status of my country's competitive sports and learning from the development experience of Korean competitive sports,the author puts forward corresponding development strategies in a targeted manner.
