摘要
本文通过分析风水换热器的工作过程和热阻网络确定了影响外部流场的关键影响因素,并通过Icepak伤真探究关键影响因素对流场的影响,分析了不同换热器高度H、翅片与风机距离L条件下的流场特性,并根据影响规律给出了设计流程和经验参数,对风水换热器的设计具有指导意义。
In this paper,the key influencing factors that affect the external flow field are determined by analyzing the working process and thermal resistance network of the air-liquid heat exchanger,and the impact of the key influencing factors on the flow feld is explored through Icepak simulation.The flow field characteristics under different heat exchanger heights H and the distance from fan and fins are analyzed.The design process and empirical parameters are given according to the influence law,which have guiding significance for the design of the wind-water heat exchanger.
