变桨主控柜是风电机组设备控制的核心,为满足风电行业对其需求的日益增加,设计变桨装配线控制系统。本方案可实现变桨柜流水线生产过程的自动化物流功能,包括半自动上线、线上自动输送和自动下线。变桨柜放置在工装托盘上,工装托盘通过装配线单元设备实现自动输送和旋转,在装配线上闭环流转。输送、旋转和上下线各分站具备完整且独立的信号收集系统,通过以太网传输给PLC进行集中处理,并下发各分站动作命令,以实现智能自动化生产。本系统的控制由西门子S7-1500系列产品完成,1/O模块采用ET200 SP系列紧凑型远程I/O,配备工业触摸屏,满足用户现场要求。

Pitch main control cabinet is the core of wind turbine equipment control.In order to meet the increasing demand of wind power industry,the control system of Paddle assembly line is designed.This scheme can realize the automatic logistics function in the production process of the converter cabinet assembly line,including semi-automatic online,online automatic transmission and automatic off-line.The converter cabinet is placed on the tooling tray,which is automatially conveyed and rotated by the unit equipment of the assembly line and circulates in a closed loop on the assembly line.Transmission,rotation and up and down line each station has a complete and independent signal collection system,transmitted to PLC through Ethernet for centralized processing,and issued each station action command,in order to achieve intelligent automatic production.The control of this system is completed by Siemens S7-1500 series products,I/O module adopts ET200 SP series compact remoteI/O,equipped with industrial touch screen,to meet the on-site requirements of users.
