摘要
在优化塑件整体成型方案的基础上,以模具主型芯的先抽芯作为设计主线,设计了电器罩塑件的四点点浇口三板注塑模具结构。模具的开模动作共分四次,第一次用于主型芯的先抽芯,第二次用于塑件与流道废料分离,第三次用于流道废料脱模,第四次用于模腔打开。模具中,设计了五个抽芯机构,包括一个主型芯先抽芯机构,四个侧面滑块抽芯机构;四个滑块机构结构形式相同,其中有两个带延时抽芯构件。主型芯顶部成型件由两组互锁式镶件组合而成,在动模板上的活动定位由具有正负锁紧斜面的主型芯压板实现。两个带延时抽芯滑块中,通过在滑块驱动T型块上开设延时平面来获得滑块上弹扣型针的延时抽芯,能较好地保证塑件的无损成型。模具中滑块底部摩擦片、滑块导向轨道块、复位杆挡圈孔等的设计,构思精细,巧妙实用,为同类塑件模具结构优化设计提供了有益借鉴。
On the basis of optimizing the overall molding scheme of plastic parts,taking the first core-pulling of the main core in mould as the main design line,and the three-plate injection mould structure with four-point gate for the plastic parts of the electrical appliance cover was designed.The mould was opened in 4 times.The first time was used for core-pulling of the main core,the second time was used to separate the plastic part from the runner waste,the third time was used to demould the runner waste,and the fourth time was used for the cavity opening.In the mould,five core-pulling mechanisms were designed,including one main core first core-pulling mechanism and four side slider core-pulling mechanisms.The four slider mechanisms had the same structure,and two of them had time-delayed core-pulling components.The top forming part of the main core was composed of two sets of interlocking inserts,and the movable positioning of the main core on the movable template was realized by the main core pressing plate with positive and negative locking slopes.In the two time-delayed core-pulling sliders,the time-delayed core-pulling of the elastic buckle ejector on the slider was obtained by setting a time-delayed plane on the slider driving T-block,which can better ensure the loss less molding of the plastic parts.The design of the friction plate at the bottom of the slider,the guide rail block of the slider,and the shield ring hole of the return pin in the mould is elaborate and practical,and provides a useful reference for the optimization design of the mould structure of similar plastic parts.
