不同改性方法对竹纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料性能的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Modification Methods on Properties of Bamboo Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Resin Composites

摘要 采用碱/硅烷偶联剂(KH550)和碱/KH550/二苯甲基二异氰酸酯(MDI)对竹纤维进行表面改性,并制备了环氧树脂/竹纤维复合材料,研究了两种表面改性方法对复合材料的力学性能及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,竹纤维经改性后,复合材料的拉伸强度显著提升,两种改性方法制备的复合材料在拉伸强度上无较大区别,但与碱/KH550改性竹纤维增强复合材料相比,碱/KH550/MDI改性可使复合材料的拉伸弹性模量提高16%,冲击强度提高13.5%;微观结构观察发现,碱/KH550/MDI改性竹纤维与环氧树脂之间相容性更好;热重测试结果表明改性后的复合材料的热稳定性更好,两种改性方法制备的复合材料起始降解温度相同,比未改性复合材料提高121℃。 The surface of bamboo fiber was modified by alkali/silane coupling agent(KH550)and alkali/KH550/diphenylmethyl diisocyanate(MDI),and the epoxy resin/bamboo fiber composites were prepared.The effects of the two surface modification methods on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composites were studied.It is found that the tensile strengths of the composites are significantly improved when bamboo fiber is modified,there is no significant difference in tensile strength between the two composites prepared with the two surface modification methods,but the tensile elastic modulus and impact strength of alkali/KH550/MDI modified bamboo fiber reinforced composite are 16%and 13.5%higher than those of alkali/KH550 treated bamboo fiber reinforced composites.The microstructure observation shows that the compatibility between alkali/KH550/MDI modified bamboo fiber and epoxy resin is better.The thermogravimetry test shows that the modified bamboo fiber reinforced composites have better thermal stability,the initial degradation temperature of the two composites prepared by the two surface modification methods is the same,which is 121℃higher than that of the unmodified composite.
