深井环境下机械防砂性能测试装置的研发

摘要 机械筛管的性能对油井防砂的效果有着重要影响,测试机械筛管的挡砂能力及抗堵塞能力对机械筛管的选择有重要的指导意义;同时由于机械筛管处于地底环境,受温度、压力、砾石挤压等的影响,其挡砂能力及抗堵塞能力也会有所改变,获得这种变化趋势,可有效支持机械筛管的选择及设计。机械防砂性能测试装置能够测试评估机械筛管的挡砂能力,能够模拟各种地层、不同砾石充填深度、不同温度压力情况,测试在不同条件下机械筛管的挡砂能力,评估滤砂器的挡砂能力的变化趋势。 The performance of mechanical screen pipe has significant influences on the effects of sand control in oil well,and it is of great significance to test the sand-retaining ability and anti-blocking ability of the mechanical screen pipe for the selection of mechanical screen pipes.Considering that the working environment of mechanical screen is underground,its ability of sand-retaining and anti-blocking would be affected by the conditions of temperature,pressure,gravel extrusion,etc.Therefore,exploring the influence of underground environment on the performance of mechanical screen can provide a theoretical basis for the selection and design of mechanical screen.The testing device for mechanical sand control performance can test sand-retaining ability of the mechanical screen pipe under different conditions that the device can simulate,such as different kinds of formations,various gravel packing depths,different degree of temperatures and pressures.
