摘要
针对磁流变阻尼器受到外界磁场作用时,阻尼特性发生变化导致其控制精度变差的问题。该文提出分析不同方向的外界磁场对磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性影响的理论方法,设计线性磁场发生器模拟外界磁场环境,通过实验对理论进行验证。理论与实验结果表明:当磁流变阻尼器受到与活塞运动方向垂直的外界磁场作用时,阻尼特性不受影响;当磁流变阻尼器受到与活塞运动方向水平的外界磁场作用时,随着外界磁场强度的增加,输出阻尼力随之增加;且输出阻尼力等于自身电流作用产生的阻尼力与外界磁场作用产生的阻尼力之和。
When the magnetorheological damper is subjected to the external magnetic field,the damping characteristics change,which leads to the poor control accuracy.In this paper,the theoretical analysis method of the influence of external magnetic field in different directions on the damping characteristics of MR damper is proposed.A linear magnetic field generator is designed to simulate the external magnetic field environment,and the theory is verified by experiments.The theoretical and experimental results show that:When the magnetorheological damper is subjected to the external magnetic field perpendicular to the piston motion direction,the damping characteristics are not affected;But when the magnetorheological damper is subjected to the external magnetic field which is horizontal with the piston movement direction,the output damping force increases with the increase of the external magnetic field strength,and the output damping force is equal to the sum of the damping force produced by the current action and the external magnetic field action.
