摘要
针对发射车热发射时支腿活塞杆存在表面烧蚀、变形的恶劣工况,该文采用一种金属螺旋钢带对活塞杆进行热防护,对其进行了防卡滞设计,并开展了可靠性试验和扬沙试验,最后通过装车进行发射试验验证,证明螺旋钢带能够对支腿活塞杆实现全方位保护,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In view of the launch vehicle thermal emission outriggers when the deformation of the piston rod surface ablation,bad working condition,this paper adopts a metal spiral steel strip was carried out on the thermal protection of the piston rod,on the binding design,and carry out the reliability test and micrometeorology test,finaly launched by loading test,proves that spiral steel strip to the piston rod to realize comprehensive protection.It has certain value in the engineering application.
