摘要
近年来,国内工程机械开始走上技术升级之路。国内工程机械变速箱主要使用6号/8号液力传动油,目前国家标准,机械工业协会标准均没有摩擦试验方法,已不能满足OEM的需求。液力传动油摩擦特性反映着设备在换挡操作时产生的换挡冲击、换挡迟滞、摩擦耐久等方面性能,直接影响驾驶员乘坐舒适性及油品摩擦耐久性能。采用SAE NO.2摩擦试验机选取可以科学评价国内工程机械设备变速箱湿式摩擦系统的试验方法。
In recent years,domestic engineering machineryhas embarked on the road of technical upgrading.The domestic construction machinery transmission mainly uses No.6/8 hydraulic transmission oil.At present,there is no friction test method for national standards and machinery industry association standards,which can not meet the needs of OEM.The friction characteristics of hydraulic transmission oil reflect the performance of gear shifting impact,shifting hysteresis,friction durability and so on,which directly affect driver ride comfort and oil friction durability.The SAE NO.2 friction tester was used to select the test method that can scientifically evaluate the gearbox wet friction system of domestic engineering machinery equipment.
