摘要
医院作为国家保障民生的一项基本建设,在保障民众生活、健康方面具有重要的作用。随着当前社会经济和医疗水平迅速发展,对医疗服务水平的要求日渐提高,各种医疗机构间的竞争也日趋激烈。医院为在这样剧烈的竞争下立足和寻求发展,提升自身的管理水平就非常重要,尤其是要加强人力资源方面的工作管理。完善的人力资源管理可极大提升医院的发展质量和社会实际地位,也有助于医院建立完备的现代化管理体系,反映出医疗事业的发展紧跟时代潮流。当前,传统的管理制度逐渐暴露出许多弊端,已不能适应当前医院的发展需求,构建人力资源信息化管理体系是医院的重要课题。本文分析当前医院人力资源管理存在的问题,结合信息化管理技术的优势,对医院人力资源信息化管理体系的构建提出一些建议。
As a basic construction of the national people’s livelihood, hospital plays an important role in ensuring the people’s health. With the rapid development of social economy and medical level, people’s demand for medical service level is increasing day by day, and the competition among various medical institutions is fierced increasingly. It is very important for hospitals to improve their management level, especially to strengthen the work management of human resources in order to stand and seek development under such fierce competition. Perfect human resource management can improve greatly the development quality and social status of the hospital, and also help the hospital to establish a complete modern management system, which reflects the development of the medical cause keeping up with the trend of the times. At present,the traditional management system exposed gradually a lot of abuses, it has been unable to adapt to the current hospital development needs, the construction of human resources informatization management system is an important subject. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current hospital human resource management, combined with the advantages of informatization management technology, throwing out some suggestions for the construction of informatization management system of hospital human resources.
