电子扫码技术对烟草水分含量的检测应用研究

摘要 烟草的水分含量会影响到烟支的物理性能、烟气化学成分等,是一项重要的控制指标。在烟草生产加工过程中,需依靠在线水分仪对烟草水分含量进行多次检测,以保障其在标准范围内。在互联网时代,电子扫码技术在烟草水分含量检测过程中应用广泛,通过电子标签对烟草物料进行标记,能提高对烟草水分含量信息的分类和统计效率。基于此,对扫码技术原理进行概述,简析烟草含水率的影响和常用检测方法,重点研究扫码技术在烟草水份含量检测中的应用,以促进互联网背景下烟草企业的持续、健康发展。 The tobacco moisture content will affect the physical properties of cigarettes, chemical composition of flue gas etc., it’s an important control index. In the process of tobacco production and processing, it is necessary to rely on online moisture meter to measure the tobacco moisture content for many times to ensure that it is within the standard range. In the Internet era, electronic scanning code technology has been used widely in detection of the tobacco moisture content. It can improve the classification and statistical efficiency of tobacco moisture content information by marking tobacco materials with electronic labels. Based on this, the principle of scanning code technology was summarized, the influence of tobacco substance moisture content and common detection methods were analyzed, and the application of scanning code technology in detection of the tobacco moisture content was studied mainly in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of tobacco enterprises under the background of Internet.
