摘要
课程是高等学校人才培养的核心要素,食品专业课程质量直接决定了食品类人才培养的质量。面对一流本科课程建设的新形势和新要求,食品类专业教师应及时转变观念、更新理念,以课程目标为导向优化课程教学与评价方法,严格课程质量评估,持续改进一流本科课程建设。
Curriculum is the core element of talent training,and the quality of curriculum directly determines the quality of talent training in the field of food.Facing the new situation and new requirements of the first-rate undergraduate curriculum construction,teachers in food majors should change and renew their ideas in time,optimize the teaching and evaluation methods,strictly evaluate the curriculum quality,and continuously improve the first-rate undergraduate curriculum construction.
