基于培养大学生专业英语能力的“食品微生物”教学实践与思考

摘要 随着全球经济的发展,国与国之间的沟通越来越频繁。因此,培养大学生专业英语水平,提升其专业英语应用能力在应对全球化进程、抓住经济全球化的机遇、提高中国企业的竞争力中起到重要的作用。以“食品微生物”双语课为例,探讨如何培养大学生专业英语能力,并从教学难点、教学实践模式、培养方法等方面展开实证分析和总结思考;提出采用双语教学+全英文共享课程这种符合中国学生特点的混合式教学模式,为克服课程教学过程中师生面临的困难,促进专业英文教学的发展提供教学思路。 Along with the developing global economy,the communication among countries is becoming more and more frequent.Therefore,improving students'academic English skill will be essential for gaining benefits from globalization by catching opportunities of international trade,enhancing competitive ability of Chinese companies and developing human resource.This article took Food Microbiology,a compulsory course for the students of the international program,as an example,to discuss how to train college students'academic English skill through finding the key point for education,developing the teaching practice mode and building ways to train.We proposed to adopt bilanguage teaching along with full English online courses as a mix teaching method to overcome the difficulties of teachers and students for teaching or learning Food Microbiology to promote the healthy development of microbiology or other academic English teaching.
