Food powder in People's Daily life and food processing are ubiquitous in the role of powder was frequently used in food,in order to satisfy the various requirements of using food powder of people,need to understand the powder processing methods and processing properties of all kinds of changes,powder processing technology research and development by the researchers.Among all kinds of food processing powder and material processing technology,the superfine grinding technology is now emerging,effective preparation of superfine powder of agricultural products processing technology,this technology can improve the utilization rate of material processing,to improve the processing characteristics,improve the product quality,and now to make it successful is widely used in food processing industry.In this paper,the working principle and application characteristics of ultrafine grinding equipment technology were summarized,but the actual application status of ultrafine grinding equipment technology in various fields was also highlighted,and the development prospect of ultrafine grinding technology was prospected,and the problems that need to be solved urgently were summarized.
