摘要
“生物信息学”作为一门针对生命科学专业学生的交叉学科,教学上面临着内容繁多、应用性强、发展速度快、课时相对不足等问题。从混合式教学角度分析教学中的具体困难,对相应的对策进行探讨,以促进“生物信息学”教学的发展和学生科学思维和创新能力的提高。
Bioinformatics,as an interdisciplinary subject for students majoring in life science,was faced with the contradiction between the characteristics of various contents,strong applicability and rapid development,and the relative shortage of class hours.This paper analyzed the specific difficulties in teaching from the perspective of blended teaching,and discussed the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of Bioinformatics teaching and the improvement of students'scientific thinking and innovation ability.
