摘要 “食品加工机械与设备”作为食品科学与工程专业的必修课,是工程教育改革的重点建设对象。为了进一步提高教学效果,针对目前课程教学中存在的不足,探索了“新工科”背景下该课程线上线下混合教学模式和多元化建设。通过优化教学内容、改革教学手段、改进考核与评价方法,有助于提高该类课程的教学质量和学生的工程创新能力,为该类课程建设提供借鉴。 As a required course of food science and engineering major,Food Processing Machinery and Equipment is the key construction object of engineering education reform in this major.In order to further improve the teaching effect,in view of the shortcomings existing in the current course teaching,this paper explored the online and offline blended teaching mode and diversified construction of this course under the background of New Engineering.By optimizing the teaching content,reforming the teaching means and improving the assessment and evaluation methods,it was helpful to improve the teaching quality and students'engineering innovation ability of this kind of courses,and provide reference for the construction of this kind of courses.
