摘要
简述了冲压模具批量生产热效应造成的质量不稳定,废品率上升问题,分析了热量产生的原因并对热量进行了估算,简述了水冷和空气冷却2种系统各自的优点和适用范围,论证采用以涡流管为核心的空气冷却系统优势,从系统构成、管路选择、结构设计、泡沫型制作4个环节描述其实施要点,经过实践验证该方案的有效性和推广意义。
This thesis briefly describes the problems of unstable quality and rising scrap rate caused by thermal effects of stamping dies in mass production,it analyzes the causes of heat generation and applies engineering methods to estimate the heat,briefly describes the advantages and applicability of water cooling and air cooling,and argues the advantages of adopting the air cooling system with vortex tube as the core.The key points of implementation are described in terms of system composition,piping selection and structural design.The effectiveness and promoting significance of the solution is verified through practice.
