基于STM32F4的发电机励磁监测系统设计

摘要 采用基于Cortex-M4内核的STM32F4多功能CPU,设计了一种准确性高、功能完善且通用性好的发电机励磁监测系统,该CPU功耗低、性能高。STM32F4内部自带多路12 bit ADC转换器,无需外扩芯片即能采样计算输入信号。利用具有光电隔离的RS485和CAN通信接口,可以实时准确地实现主控系统与上位机的通信,并采用外设F-RAM实现高效、可靠故障记录。实现了对发电机直流励磁系统的数据进行快速准确采集及分析、与上位机实时通信和故障录波,具有很强的市场竞争力和很高的应用价值。 The STM32F4 multi-functional CPU based on Cortex-M4 kernel is used to design a generator excitation monitoring system with high accuracy,perfect function and good versatility,which has low power consumption and high performance.STM32F4 has its own multi-channel 12 bit ADC converter,which can sample and calculate the input signal without the need of expanding the chip.Using RS485 and CAN communication interfaces with photoelectric isolation,the communication between the master control system and the host computer CAN be realized in real time and accurately,and the peripheral F-RAM CAN realize efficient and reliable fault recording.It realizes the fast and accurate data collection and analysis of the dc excitation system of the generator,real-time communication with the host computer and fault wave recording,which has strong market competitiveness and high application value.
