眼视光学专业毕业生就业分析与本科教育反思

Employment Analysis of Graduates in Ophthalmic Optics and Reflections on Undergraduate Education

通过对南京医科大学眼视光学专业毕业生的就业情况进行调查,了解毕业生就业现状,为本科视光教育的发展提供反思和参考。面向毕业生发放调查问卷161份,收回有效问卷155份,内容包括毕业生基本情况、从事岗位情况、工作满意度、本科教学满意度等,并对调查结果进行分析研究。调查显示,南京医科大学眼视光学专业毕业生就业对口率较高,对本科教学实用性的满意度较高,目前面临的主要问题为职称晋升、学历晋升、薪资待遇及行业认可度。结论表明,眼视光学专业的教育发展亟须改革,需要以建立专业职称体系、完善学历晋升通道、优化学生培养方案、强化技能操作训练、提升多维综合素质、加强毕业生就业指导等方面为重要抓手,输出高素质应用型眼视光人才。

To understand the employment status of graduates and provide a reflection and reference for the development of undergraduate optometry education,the employment situation of the graduates majoring in optometry at Nanjing Medical University was investigated.161 questionnaires were distributed to graduates,and 155 valid questionnaires were recovered.The contents of the questionnaire included the basic situation of graduates,job status,job satisfaction,and undergraduate teaching satisfaction.By analyzing and studying the survey results,it was showed that the graduates had a high employment rate,students had a good satisfaction of practicality of undergraduate teaching,and the current problems of the optometry graduates included title promotion,academic career promotion,and salary and profession approbation degree.The conclusion shows that there is an urgent need to reform the educational development of optometry,and it is necessary to focus on establishing a professional title system,improving academic promotion channels,optimizing students’training programs,strengthening operation skills training,improving multi-dimensional comprehensive quality,and strengthening graduation employment guidance to provide high-quality applied optometry talents for the society.
