安全工程专业本科生导师制探索

Exploration of Tutorial System for Undergraduate Majoring in Safety Engineering

摘要 本科生导师制是指在师生充分了解并双向选择的前提下,由专业教师担任本科生的指导教师,对学生的学习、生活、心理、思政等方面进行专门指导。本科生导师制有利于高校师生相互促进,进一步提高人才培养效果。针对该制度推行可能遇到的共性问题,如师生对导师制认识不足、师资力量薄弱、管理激励评价体系不完善等,结合南京理工大学安全工程专业的实际情况,提出相应的解决方案,为后续安全工程专业本科生导师制推行提供参考。 The undergraduate tutorial system is a system in which,under the premise of fully understanding and the two-way choice between teachers and students,teachers of the major serve as the tutors of undergraduates and give special guidance to students’study,life,psychology,and ideology and politics.It is conducive to the mutual promotion of teachers and students in colleges and universities,and can further improve the effect of talent cultivation.In view of the common problems that may be encountered in the implementation of the system,such as the inadequate understanding of tutorial system between teachers and students,shortage of teachers,imperfect management incentive evaluation system,the corresponding solutions are put forward according to the actual situation of safety engineering major of Nanjing University of Science and Technology,which provides a reference for the follow-up implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system for safety engineering majors.
