心理因素对高校实验室安全的影响及对策分析

Influence of Psychological Factors on University Laboratory Safety and Countermeasure Analysis

人的不安全行为是安全系统工作中安全事故发生的一类重要因素,而人的不安全行为来源于其自身的不安、烦躁、紧张等心理因素。为探索心理学方法在高校实验室安全管理中的应用可行性,基于文献调研和案例分析的研究结果,分析了风险认知、风险容忍、风险态度等心理因素与冒险行为的关系,以及心理学方法在军队、航空运输、采矿等高风险行业安全管理中的应用现状,并结合高校实验室安全管理中的实际情况,分析了心理因素对高校实验室安全的影响,提出了心理学方法在高校安全管理中的应用策略和途径,明确了在实验室安全管理工作中采用心理学方法的可行性和重要意义。

Human unsafe behavior is an important factor in the occurrence of safety accidents in safety system,and human unsafe behavior comes from psychological factors such as anxiety,irritability,and nervousness.In order to explore the feasibility of applying psychological methods in the safety management of university laboratories,this paper analyzes the relationship between risk-taking behaviors and psychological factors such as risk perception,risk tolerance,and risk attitude,based on the results of literature research and case analysis.It then analyzes the status quo of the application of scientific methods in the safety management of high-risk industries such as the military,air transportation,and mining,and analyzes the influence of psychological factors on the safety of university laboratory safety in combination with the actual situation of safety management of university laboratories.Finally it puts forward the application strategy of psychological method in safety management,and clarifies the feasibility and significance of using psychological method in laboratory safety management.
