教师教育质量保障的国际比较研究

An International Comparative Study on the Guarantee Procedures of Teacher Education Quality

教育的竞争力是国家竞争力的体现,而教师教育质量直接影响教师的质量,进而影响一个国家的教育质量。教师教育专业化是教师专业化的必由之路,是保障教师教育的前提。在国际教师教育专业化运动中,先进国家制定和实施了教师专业标准、教师教育认证标准和教师资格标准等,教师教育质量保障体系较为完整。相比较而言,我国教师教育质量标准制定起步晚,尚处在发展阶段,其经验为我国的教师教育质量保障提供了借鉴参考。

The competitiveness of education is the embodiment of national competitiveness,and the quality of teacher education directly affects the quality of teachers,and then affects the national education quality.The professionalization of teacher education is the only way to achieve teacher professionalization and the premise of ensuring teacher education.In the international teacher education specialization,advanced countries have developed and imposed the teachers’professional standards,teacher education certification standards and teacher qualification standards;besides,their teacher education quality assurance system is relatively complete.In comparison,the development of teacher education quality standard in China started late,and is still in the development stage.Other countries’advanced experience could provide a reference for teacher education quality assurance in our country.
