“金课”背景下“药物化学”在线开放课程的建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of Online Open Course of Pharmacochemistry under the Background of Gold Class

药物化学是一门关于药物的研究历程、结构特征、化学性质、合成方法、构效关系和作用规律的综合性学科,是药学专业的核心课程之一。建设药学类“金课”是开展药学学科内涵建设和培养“应用型”药学人才的重要途径。在此背景下,滨州医学院教学团队秉承以学生为中心的教学理念,编写在线开放课程教学大纲并进行全新的教学内容设计,圆满完成符合“金课”标准的“药物化学”在线开放课程的建设工作。系统阐述了课程建设过程中的关键要素和实践经验。

Pharmacochemistry is a comprehensive discipline about the research process,structural characteristics,chemical properties,synthetic methods,structure-activity relationships and law of action of drugs.It is one of the core courses of pharmacy major.The construction of the pharmacy“gold class”is an important way to develop the connotation construction of the pharmacy discipline and cultivate applied pharmacy talents.In this context,the teaching team of Binzhou Medical University adhered to the student-centered teaching concept,compiled the online open course syllabus around this concept,designed the new teaching content,and finally completed the construction of the online open course of Pharmacochemistry that meets the“gold class”standard.This paper systematically expounds the key elements and practical experience in the course construction.
