摘要
研究OSCE模式在护生实习教学中的效果,构建以提高护士技能和岗位能力为目标的实习护士培训新模式,将208名护理实习生纳入研究,随机分为两组,1组作为对照组,采用传统方式进行培训;2组作为观察组,采用OSCE为导向的模式进行培训。所有小组接受近10个月的实习培训。结果显示,观察组在病例检查、护理基础理论及护士长评价成绩方面均高于对照组。因此,基于OSCE站的新培训模式科学有效,为实习护士培训方式的优化提供了参考。
In order to study the effect of OSCE model in nursing students’practice teaching,a new training model for student nurses aiming at improving their skills and post ability was constructed.208 student nurses were included in the study and were randomly divided into two groups:the control group trained in the traditional model,the observation group trained in the OSCE-oriented model.The training lasted for ten months.Results showed that the observation group was significantly higher than control group in case examination,basic nursing theory and head nurse evaluation results.Therefore,the new training model based on OSCE stations is scientific and effective,which provides a reference for the optimization of student nurses’training model.
