摘要
血液病专业性强,教学难度大,迫切需要寻找新的有效的教学模式提高教学效果。探讨问题导入式教学模式(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)联合病例导入式教学(Case-Based Learning,CBL)在血液科住院医师规范化教学中的应用效果。选取2016年6月至2020年7月在本院血液科进行培训的医师132名,其中64名医师使用传统教学方法(对照组),68名医师使用PBL与CBL结合方法培养(试验组)。血液科培训结束进行考核,试验组的笔试成绩、病例分析及总分均高于对照组;两组操作成绩持平。问卷调查显示:纳入分析的住院医生对试验组的培养方式满意度高于对照组。可以看出,PBL联合CBL教学法有利于提高血液科住院规范化培训的效果,更好地掌握相关知识。
Hematology,with its strong professional and great teaching difficulty,urgently needs a new and effective teaching model to improve the teaching effect.This paper explores the application effect of Problem-Based learning(PBL)combined with Case-Based learning(CBL)in the standardized teaching of hematology residents.A total of 132 general practitioners trained in the Hematology Department of our hospital from June 2016 to July 2020 were selected;64 of them were trained with traditional teaching methods(the control group)and 68 were trained with PBL and CBL combined methods(the test group).At the end of hematology training,the test scores,case analysis and total score of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and the operating results of the two groups were flat.The questionnaire survey showed that the resident doctors included in the analysis were more satisfied with the training method of the experimental group than the method of the control group.It can be seen that the PBL combined with the CBL teaching method is conductive to improving the effect of the standardized training in the Hematology Department and better mastering the relevant knowledge.
