当前,数字化转型进入了新阶段,运用大数据、云计算、区块链、人工智能等前沿技术推动城市管理手段、管理模式、管理理念创新。从数字化到智能化再到智慧化,让城市更聪明一些、更智慧一些,打造智慧型大都市,是大势所趋。从数字化转型的背景和意义、面临的形势、存在的不足以及启示与思考四个方面进行重点论述,能够提出运用数字化的手段,重塑新型智慧城市的理念。

At present,digital transformation has entered a new stage.The adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as big data,cloud computing,blockchain and artificial intelligence,has promoted the innovation of means,models and concepts of urban management.It is a general trend to make a city smarter and more intelligent and build an intelligent metropolis from digitization and intelligence.Focusing on the background and significance of digital transformation,current situation it faces,its weak points,enlightenment and thinking,this paper puts forward the idea of reshaping a new smart city by means of digitalization.
