非物质文化遗产整体性保护研究综述

A Review of Researches on Comprehensive Preservation of Intangible Cultural Heritage

非物质文化遗产是人类智慧的结晶,是各民族重要的精神财富,具有历史、文化、艺术、科学、教育和经济等多方面价值。梳理国际相关法规呈现出的整体性保护的发展脉络,并对比我国非物质文化遗产整体性保护相关研究,可以看到目前国内学界对非遗整体性保护的研究还不够全面,提出的策略措施大多较为宏观。因此,需要进行更加细化深入的理论和经验研究,以提出更具操作性的方法路径。在整体性保护的基础上,实现对我国非物质文化遗产的系统性保护和传承。

Intangible cultural heritage(ICH)is the crystallization of human wisdom and an important spiritual wealth of all nationalities,presenting multiple values in the aspects of history,culture,art,science,education and economy.This paper has reviewed relevant international laws and regulations to present the development context of the preservation of ICH,and then pointed out that there are not enough studies in China on the comprehensive protection of ICH,nor are most of the proposed strategies and measures concrete after a review of relevant studies on comprehensive protection of ICH in China.Therefore,this paper hopes there will be more detailed and in-depth theoretical and empirical research to offer more operational approaches,so as to carry out a systematical protection and inheritance of ICH on the basis of comprehensive preservation.
