多中心治理视角下地州高校行政管理人员职业倦怠调查研究 被引量:1

On the Job Burnout of Administrative Staff in Local Colleges and Universities in Guizhou from the Perspective of Polycentric System of Governance

摘要 随着高校规模的日益扩大和高等教育高质量发展的不断深入推进,地州高校行政管理人员面临的工作压力越来越大。采用袁红梅、张珊明等编制的高校教师职业倦怠量表,通过问卷调查和个案访谈方式对7所地州高校328名行政管理人员展开调查,运用SPSS数据处理软件进行统计分析,结果表明地州高校行政管理人员已呈现出中度以上的职业倦怠。在研究结果的基础上,以多中心治理视角下分析行政管理人员产生职业倦怠的原因,并从政府、社会、学校、个人四个方面提出地州高校行政管理人员职业倦怠的缓解对策。 With the increasing expansion and the continuous promotion of high-quality development of higher education,the administrative staff of local colleges and universities has faced more and more work pressure.This paper has used the Burnout Scale for College Teachers proposed by Yuan Hongmei and Zhang Shanming to make a questionnaire survey and interview of 328 administrative workers from 7 local colleges and universities,the result of which from SPSS statistical analysis showed that moderate burnout or above has appeared among those people.Based on the findings,this paper analyzes the causes of their burnout from the perspective of polycentric system of governance,and provides alleviation solutions concerning four aspects:government,society,schools and individuals.
