基质细胞衍生因子1及受体在创伤后异位骨化组织中的表达

摘要 目的观察基质细胞衍生因子1(stromal cell-derived factor 1,SDF-1)及受体趋化因子受体4(C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4,CXCR4)在异位骨化组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学染色检测21例创伤后异位骨化组织及10例正常骨组织中SDF-1和CXCR4的表达水平。结果SDF-1及CXCR4在正常骨组织中呈低表达或不表达,但在异位骨化组织中呈高表达。结论SDF-1及受体CXCR4可能在异位骨化的形成过程中起重要作用。 Objective To observe the expression of stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1) and its receptor C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4) in heterotopic ossification.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression level of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in 21 cases of heterotopic ossification after trauma and 10 cases of normal bone tissue.Results In normal bone tissues,low or no expression of SDF-1 or CXCR4 was observed;however,a high level of SDF-1 and CXCR4 expression was detected in heterotopic ossified tissues.Conclusion SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 play important roles in the pathogenesis of traumatic heterotopic ossification.
