基于MpCCI的载荷转换方法研究

摘要 如何准确地将机翼表面复杂的气动载荷加载到结构上,是针对机翼结构进行静力、疲劳试验及结构有限元分析的关键一步。目前常用的将气动节点载荷向结构节点载荷转换的方法,其实现过程和原理虽然简单,但通用性和易用性不强,精确度还有待提高。本文通过弱耦合的方式,利用MpCCI(Mesh-based Parallel code coupling Interface)进行载荷转换,并将所取得的结果与现有的转换方式进行对比分析。研究结果表明,使用MpCCI进行载荷转换,能够提高转换效率并获得更精确的结果。所得结论可以为机翼的气动结构分析、设计和试验提供参考。 Adding the complicated aerodynamic loads to the finite element model precisely and efficiently is very important in the static and fatigue test and structural finite element analysis of the wing structure.Although the implementation process and principle of commonly used method for converting aerodynamic node load to strutrual node load are simple,its the versatility and usability are not strong,and the precision needs to be improved.In this paper,MpCCI is used for load conversion through weak coupling,and the results are compared with the existing conversion methods.The results show that using MpCCI for load conversion can improve the conversion efficiency and can obtain more accurate results.The conclusions can provide reference for aerodynamic structure analysis,design and test of wing.
