摘要
飞机结构强度试验中大量使用应变采集系统进行应变信号测量,在计量检定数据采集系统时,由于通道数量巨大,常规的手动式单通道校准器效率太低。本文提出了一种全自动多通道同步校准器的设计方案,通过分析校准器的误差来源,确定该设备可以满足使用要求。
In aircraft structure strength test,a large number of strain acquisition systems are used for strain signal measurement.When measuring and verifying the data acquisition system,due to the large number of channels,the efficiency of the conventional manual single-channel calibra-tor is too low.A design scheme of automatic multi-channel synchronous calibrator is designed in the paper.By analyzing the error source of the calibrator,it is determined that the equipment can meet the application requirements.
