摘要
针对结构强度试验流程化管理模式的需求,以典型试验流程为背景,对试验流程及角色进行划分,由此解决试验实施过程中多部门协调、多业务并行、多设备调度等问题。研究了以工时为指标的绩效管控模式,提出了以试验流程为主干、以资源配置为基础、以绩效考核为目标的数据库优化设计,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。
According to the requirements of the process management mode of structural strength test,taking the typical test process as the background,the test process and roles are divided,so as to solve the problems of multi department coordination,multi service parallel and multi equipment scheduling in the process of test implementation.The performance management and control mode with working hours as the index is studied,and the database optimization design with test process as the backbone,resource allocation as the basis and performance appraisal as the goal is put forward,which has certain guiding significance for engineering practice.
