摘要
随着素质教育改革进程的持续加快,当前民办高等院校艺术类专业对教师的专业能力和综合素质提出了更高要求,要求教师在具有深厚理论知识的同时,还要有行业实践经历。现阶段,我国产业结构正处于转型升级的关键时期,产教融合对加快高等教育改革具有战略性意义。该文以产教融合为主线,以内蒙古地区民办高等院校艺术类专业为研究对象,通过研究内蒙古鸿德文理学院和内蒙古创业学院艺术类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设现状及存在的问题,从加大“双师型”人才的引进力度、拓宽“双师型”教师的培养渠道、提升“双师型”教师的实践教学水平、加大对“双师型”教师的激励等方面入手,提出内蒙古地区民办高等院校艺术类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的总体思路,旨在为艺术类专业“双师型”教师队伍建设提供一些有益思路。
As the reform of quality-oriented education continues to accelerate,art majors in private colleges and universities have put forward higher requirements on the professional ability and comprehensive quality of teach⁃ers,and they must have strong practical industry experience while possessing profound theoretical knowledge.At present,with the high-quality development of China’s social economy,the industrial structure is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading,and the integration of industry and education is of strategic significance to accelerate the reform of higher education.Therefore,this paper takes the integration of industry and education as the main line,takes art majors of private colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia as the research object,and studies the current situation and existing problems of the construction of“double-qualified”art teachers in Inner Mongolia Honder College of Arts and Sciences and Inner Mongolia Entrepreneurship College.Starting from in⁃creasing the intensity of introducing“double-qualified”talents,broadening the cultivation channels of“doublequalified”teachers,improving the practical teaching level of“double-qualified”teachers,and increasing the in⁃centive to“double-qualified”teachers,the general idea of“double-qualified”teacher team construction of art majors in private colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia is put forward.The aim is to provide some beneficial ideas for the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in art majors.
