摘要
“材料焊接性”课程传统教学中存在以下三个“痛点”问题:课程教学理念相对滞后,“以学生为中心”不够突出,课程育人的功能不强;教学内容相对陈旧,理论与实践脱节,难以充分满足社会发展和行业发展的需求;教学方法和评价形式单一,难以适应信息时代教学的发展。课程组坚持立德树人的根本任务,秉承“以学生为中心,以产出为导向,持续改进”的教育教学理念,提出了“因材施焊,因材施教”的课程教学理念,从专业标准和行业需求出发,将教学内容重构整合为“四大模块三阶结构”,以学生的全面发展为引领,明确了“知识、能力和素质”的“ASK”教学目标,提高了学生对专业的认同感;构建“大中小嵌套五星教学法”与混合式教学深度融合的教学模式,取得了明显成效。
There are three“pain points”in the traditional teaching of“Material Weldability”:the curriculum teaching concept is relatively backward,the“student-centered”concept is not prominent enough,and the func⁃tion of curriculum education is not strong;the teaching content is relatively outdated,and the theory and practice are out of touch,which is difficult to fully meet the needs of social development and industry development;the teaching methods and evaluation forms are single,which is difficult to meet the teaching development in the infor⁃mation age.The curriculum group adheres to the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,ad⁃hering to the education and teaching concept of“student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improve⁃ment”,and puts forward the curriculum teaching concept of“teaching students in accordance with their apti⁃tude”.Starting from industry needs,the teaching content is reconstructed and integrated into the“four modules and three-tier structure”.Guided by the overall development of students,the“ASK”teaching goal of“knowl⁃edge,ability and quality”is clarified,and students’sense of the profession is improved.In addition,the teaching model based on the deep integration of the“five-star teaching method”and blended teaching is constructed,and remarkable results have been achieved.
