摘要
课程思政是新时代教育改革背景下一种全新的教育理念,将价值观引导与专业知识教学、技术能力培养结合在一起,以立德树人为根本,以“三全育人”为格局,培养新时代德才兼备的大学生。该研究首先分析了课程思政融入高校人力资源管理教学的必要性,其次总结了课程思政融入高校人力资源管理教学的现状,最后探究了课程思政融入高校人力资源管理教学的实践,希望能够为高校人力资源管理专业教师提供一些参考。
Curriculum-based ideological and political education is a brand-new educational concept under the background of education reform in the new era.It combines the guidance of values with the teaching of profes⁃sional knowledge and the training of technical ability.Based on the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,and the pattern of“three aspects of education”,it aims to cultivate college students with both ability and political integrity for the new era.This research first analyzes the necessity of integrating curriculumbased ideological and political education into human resource management teaching in colleges and universities.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education into human resource management teaching in colleges and universities.Finally,it explores the practice of integrat⁃ing curriculum-based ideological and political education into human resource management teaching in colleges and universities.It is hoped to provide some reference for teachers of human resource management in colleges and universities.
