城区开发综合碳减排的探索与实践——中新广州知识城南起步区规划

Exploration and Practice of Comprehensive Carbon Emission Reduction in Urban Development——Planning of the Southern Start-up Area of China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City

建设绿色生态城区是应对气候变化,实现碳减排的重要措施,也是城乡建设绿色发展的核心内容。中新广州知识城是中国和新加坡国家级双边合作项目,其中南起步区是知识城绿色生态理念的先行示范区,获得了国家绿色生态城区规划设计标识三星级认证。本文简要介绍了知识城南起步区绿色生态规划设计的主要内容,总结了建设管理中碳减排的实践经验,研究探索了城乡建设绿色低碳发展模式,为粤港澳大湾区乃至夏热冬暖地区的低碳生态城区建设提供了借鉴经验。

Developing green ecological urban areas is an important measure to cope with climate change and to achieve carbon emission reduction,as well as the core content of green development in urban and rural construction.China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is a state-level bilateral cooperation project between China and Singapore.The Southern Start-up Area is the pilot demonstration area of the green ecological concept of the Knowledge City,which has obtained the state-level three-star certification of Green Eco-District Design Label.This paper briefly introduces the main contents of the green ecological planning and design of the Southern Start-up Area of the Knowledge City,summarizes the practical experience of carbon emission reduction in the construction and management,explores the green and low-carbon development model of urban and rural construction,which can provide reference for the construction of low-carbon ecological urban areas in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even the hot summer and warm winter region.
