摘要
本研究利用丁腈橡胶等材料制备出了具有记忆力的高分子片材,同时制备了粘结高分子材料及管材的胶粘剂,并对其进行了性能测试,测试结果表明,高分子材料和胶粘剂均具有良好的性力学性能。将制备的高分子材料和胶粘剂覆盖于常用的管道运输低碳钢管外进行试压测试,测试结果表明,在9次升压后,压力等级不断提高,稳定时间不断增长,每一次试压都未发生泄漏,说明了本研究所制备出的高分子材料及胶粘剂在管道的补漏方面具有良好的效果,该技术具有较好的应用前景。
In this study, the polymer sheet with memory was prepared by using NBR and other materials. At the same time, the adhesive for bonding polymer materials and pipes was prepared, and the mechanical properties were tested. The test results show that both polymer materials and adhesive have good mechanical properties. The prepared polymer materials and adhesives are covered outside the commonly used low-carbon steel pipes for pipeline transportation for pressure test. The test results show that after 9 times pressure increases, the pressure level continues to improve, the stability time continues to increase, and there is no leakage in each pressure test, indicating that the polymer materials and adhesives prepared in this study have a good effect in pipeline leakage repair, which means this technology has a good application prospect.
