蒙古林油田火驱采油井管材适应性评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 火烧油层是目前提高原油采收率的重要方法之一。为保障蒙古林油田火驱后上部砂岩油藏的顺利开采,需要对采油井进行高温下井筒再利用潜在风险评估。通过室内实验分析评价管材的抗高温氧化能力、抗拉强度和伸长率以及抗腐蚀性能。研究表明N80钢、90H钢、90H3Cr钢、90H9Cr钢四种管材550℃以下氧化速率较小,抗拉强度、伸长率变化较小;550℃以上,氧化速率最高可达20.8g/m^(2)·h,抗拉强度上升明显,伸长率在750℃达到最高值10.3%;且四种材质中90H9Cr钢的抗腐蚀能力最佳。 In-combustion is one of the most important methods to enhance oil recovery. In order to en sure the smooth production of upper sandstone reservoir after fire flooding in Menggulin oilfield, it was n ecessary to evaluate the potential risk of wellbore reuse under high temperature. The high temperature oxi dation resistance, tensile strength, elongation and corrosion resistance of the pipes were evaluated by labo ratory experiments. The results show that the oxidation rate of N80 steel, 90 h steel, 90 H3 Cr steel and 90 H9 Cr steel under 550℃ is small, and the change of tensile strength and elongation is small;above 550℃, t he oxidation rate can reach 20.8 g/m^(2)·h, the tensile strength increases obviously, and the elongation reach es 10.3% at 750℃;and 90 H9 Cr steel has the best corrosion resistance.
