摘要
随着我国车辆逐步实施轻量化设计,越来越多的强度高、加工性好、外观优越的新材料不断应用到商用车上。其中一项就是将铁质燃油箱升级为铝合金油箱,一方面降低其自重,另一方面提升其外表面质量。但随着铝合金油箱的普遍使用,也逐步暴露出一些问题。大家都知道铝合金表面有一层薄薄的氧化膜,可以起到一定的防腐作用,但在一定程度上易被破坏并发生腐蚀,那究竟发生了怎样的腐蚀,本文将结合某主机厂铝合金油箱使用过程中存在的表面质量问题进一步阐述铝合金的表面腐蚀宏观与微观形貌。通过结合XPS、Raman、SEM等分析,确认腐蚀产物,并提出建议,采取了一定的优化措施。
With the gradual implementation of lightweight design in vehicles in my country, more and more new materials with high strength, good processability and superior appearance are continuously applied to commercial vehicles. One of them is to upgrade the iron fuel tank to an aluminum alloy fuel tank, which reduces its own weight on the one hand, and improves the quality of its outer surface on the other hand. However, with the widespread use of aluminum alloy fuel tanks, some problems have gradually been exposed. Everyone knows that there is a thin oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy,which can play a certain anti-corrosion effect, but it is easy to be damaged and corroded to a certain extent.What kind of corrosion has occurred? This article will combine the aluminum alloy of a main engine factory. The surface quality problems existing in the use of fuel tanks further elaborated the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the surface corrosion of aluminum alloy. Through the analysis of XPS, Raman, SEM, etc., the corrosion products were confirmed, suggestions were made, and certain optimization measures were taken.
