摘要
近年来我国石油开采进入了末期阶段,原油开采难度逐步提高,生产成本也难以控制,对石油企业平稳可持续发展带来了巨大的压力。为了缓解石油企业生存压力,我国石油企业扩大了原油开发开采的规模,这对地面工程设备的安装以及技术管道施工工艺提出了更高的要求。地面工程以及集输管道施工工程日渐密集,不仅要求工程项目具有更高的施工效率,也对工程技术和施工方法提出了更高的要求,才可以降低工程项目的综合施工成本,提高工程项目的施工质量。课题研究由此出发,针对油田地面工程项目的实际需求,结合地面工程项目设备安装以及集输管线铺设的施工现状,分析存在的问题及弊端,并结合国内外先进的工程技术以及施工经验提出相应的优化完善策略。
In recent years, China’s oil exploitation has entered the final stage, the difficulty of crude oil exploitation has gradually increased, and the production cost is difficult to control, which has brought great pressure on the stable and sustainable development of oil enterprises. In order to alleviate the survival pressure of oil enterprises, China’s oil enterprises have expanded the scale of crude oil development and exploitation, which puts forward higher requirements for the installation of surface engineering equipment and technical pipeline construction technology. Surface engineering and gathering and transmission pipeline construction are becoming more and more intensive, which not only requires the project to have higher construction efficiency, but also puts forward higher requirements for engineering technology and construction methods, so as to reduce the comprehensive construction cost of the project and improve the construction quality of the project. Based on this, according to the actual needs of oilfield surface engineering projects, combined with the construction status of equipment installation and gathering and transmission pipeline laying of surface engineering projects, this paper analyzes the existing problems and disadvantages, and puts forward the corresponding optimization and improvement strategies in combination with the advanced engineering technology and construction experience at home and abroad.
