"互联网+"背景下优化高职学生实训管理工作,是符合时代发展趋势、促进高职学生专业能力提升的有效方式。但由于部分高职院校存在对学生实训管理工作的重视程度不足、管理人员素质有待提升、平台建设不完备、校企合作不密切等问题,影响学生实训管理工作实效。高职院校要提高重视程度,更新理念,改进管理方式,加强学生实训管理队伍与机制建设,加强学生实训管理平台建设,密切校企协同育人,促进学生全面发展。

Optimizing the practical training management of higher vocational students under the background of "Internet +" is an effective way to conform to the development trend of the times and to promote the professional ability of higher vocational students.However, some higher vocational colleges have insufficient attention to student training management, the quality of management personnel needs to be improved, platform construction is not complete, and school-enterprise cooperation is not close, which affects the effectiveness of student training management. Higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to the problems, update concepts, improve management methods, strengthen the construction of student training management team and mechanism, strengthen the construction of student training management platform and school-enterprise collaborative education, and promote the all-round development of the students.
