摘要
上海市文物保护单位孙科住宅约建于1931年,由建筑师邬达克设计。在短暂承担居住功能后,1951至2016年作为上海生物制品研究所的办公楼使用。2020年经修缮后转变为文化交流空间,作为"上生·新所"城市更新项目的一部分向公众开放。文章记录了建筑的历史沿革及重点修缮内容,探讨其作为地块内保护等级最高的建筑在保护和修缮过程中面临的问题及解决策略,并对其再利用现状做出观察与思考。
The former residence of Sun Ke is a major historical and cultural site protected at the municipal level in Shanghai. It was designed by László Ede Hudec and was built around 1931.After a short period as a private residence, it was used by Shanghai Biochemical Research Institute as an office building from 1951 to 2016. In 2020, the building was transformed into a place of cultural activities and communications after thorough reparation and restoration and was open to the public as an integrated part of the ‘Columbia Circle’ urban renewal project. This article records the historical evolution and key repair contents of the building, investigating the problems and solutions in its conservation process, and making observations and thoughts on its reuse status.
