基于智能网联汽车产业学院的高素质应用型人才培养研究--以江苏理工学院为例

Cultivation Research of High Quality Applied Talents Based on Intelligent Network Automobile Industry College:Taking Jiangsu University of Technology as an Example

为了满足汽车产业智能化、网联化对高素质应用型人才的要求,江苏理工学院汽车与交通工程学院与东软集团股份有限公司联合成立了智能网联汽车产业学院。按照“以产业发展趋势为指引、以行业人才需求为导向、以学生职业能力成长为核心”的建设思路,从产业学院建设目标、课程体系、人才培养模式、教学质量保障体系、管理体制与运行机制等方面开展研究和探索,为智能网联汽车领域科学基础厚、工程能力强、综合素质高的应用型人才培养提供了参考。

In order to meet the requirements of automobile intelligence and networking for high-quality applied talents,the school of automobile and traffic engineering of Jiangsu University of Technology and neusoft group Co.,Ltd jointly established intelligent network automobile industry college.According to the construction idea of“taking the development trend of industry as the guide,taking the demand of industry talents as the guidance,and taking the growth of students’professional ability as the core”,the research and exploration are carried out from the aspects of the construction goal,curriculum system,talent training mode,teaching quality guarantee system,management system and operation mechanism of industrial colleges,which provides a reference for the cultivation of applied talents with thick scientific foundation,strong engineering ability and high comprehensive quality in the field of intelligent connected automobile.
