益生菌对高温环境下肉兔生长性能、胴体性状及血液指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 文章旨在评估高温条件下日粮添加不同水平益生菌对肉兔生长性能、胴体性状和血液指标的影响。试验将初始体重接近的324头7周龄肉兔随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复18头。对照组与处理组在为期10周的饲养期分别饲喂益生菌含量为0、100和200 mg/kg的枯草芽孢杆菌。结果发现,100 mg/kg益生菌组肉兔的平均日增重和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而平均日采食量显著高于对照组和200 mg/kg益生菌组(P<0.05)。对照组肉兔的料重比显著高于100 mg/kg益生菌组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg益生菌组肉兔屠宰率、肌肉干物质和有机物含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但肌肉水分含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。100 mg/kg益生菌组肉兔血小板浓度显著高于对照组和200 mg/kg益生菌组(P<0.05),而100和200 mg/kg益生菌组血清甘油三酯和球蛋白浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但对照组血清胆固醇浓度显著高于100 mg/kg益生菌组(P<0.05)。结论:高温条件下,日粮补充益生菌可提高粗蛋白质表观消化率,改善血清脂质代谢指标,综合考虑肉兔生长性能和肌肉成分指标,益生菌的适宜添加水平为100 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of probiotics on growth performance,carcass traits and blood indexes of meat rabbits under high temperature.A total of 3247-week-old meat rabbits with similar initial body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 18 rabbits per replicate.Control group and treatment group were fed with 0,100 and 200 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis probiotics during a 10-week feeding period,respectively.Results:The average daily gain and acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility in 100 mg/kg probiotics group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the average daily feed intake in 100 mg/kg probiotics group was significantly higher than those in control group and 200 mg/kg probiotics group(P<0.05).The feed/gain of meat rabbits in control group was significantly higher than that in 100 mg/kg probiotics group(P<0.05).Slaughter percentage,muscle dry matter and organic matter contents of 100 mg/kg probiotics group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),but the moisture content of 100 mg/kg probiotics group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The platelet concentration in 100 mg/kg probiotics group was significantly higher than that in control group and 200 mg/kg probiotics group(P<0.05),and the serum triglyceride and globulin concentrations in 100 and 200 mg/kg probiotics groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum cholesterol concentration in control group was significantly higher than that in 100 mg/kg probiotics group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this study,dietary supplementation of probiotics can improve the apparent digestibility of crude protein and serum lipid metabolism indexes under high temperature.Considering the growth performance and muscle composition indexes of meat rabbits,the appropriate supplemental level of probiotics is 100 mg/kg.
