摘要
文章旨在探究日粮添加亚麻籽对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化功能和血清促炎因子含量的影响。试验将180头平均体重为(6.99±0.16)kg的28日龄断奶仔猪随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,4个试验组在基础日粮中分别添加1.5%、3.0%、4.5%和6.0%的亚麻籽。预试期3d,正试期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,断奶仔猪日粮中添加4.5%的亚麻籽可显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重(ADG),极显著降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.01);与对照组相比,断奶仔猪日粮中添加4.5%的亚麻籽可显著提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力(P<0.05),极显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.01);与对照组相比,断奶仔猪日粮中添加4.5%的亚麻籽可显著降低血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。综上所述,断奶仔猪日粮中添加4.5%的亚麻籽可显著改善其生长性能和抗氧化功能,降低血清促炎因子含量。
This study was attempted to examine the effects of flaxseed on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and serum pro-inflammatory cytokines of weaned piglets.One hundred and eighty 28-day-old weaned piglets with an average body weight of(6.99±0.16)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups.Each group set up 6 replicates and each replicate had 6 piglets.Piglets in control group were fed with a corn-soybean meal basal diet,and the other four experimental groups were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 1.5%,3.0%,4.5%,and 6.0%flaxseed,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 3 days,and the trial period lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,4.5%flaxseed supplementation significantly up-regulated the average daily gain(ADG)and very significantly down-regulated the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,4.5%flaxseed supplementation significantly up-regulated serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity and glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx)activity(P<0.05),and very significantly down-regulated serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,4.5%flaxseed supplementation significantly down-regulated serum level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-6(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 4.5%flaxseed can improve growth performance and antioxidant capacity,as soon as down-regulate serum pro-inflammatory cytokines of weaned piglets.
